DISC has been a behavioural assessment, helping organizations to better understand their people, since the 1920s . Its longevity is testament to its ease of use, relevance and elegant simplicity. It also means you can use your DISC profile data in a range of ways.
Your DISC profile report will be generated by an algorithm, but it will still be 100% bespoke to you. This is possible because of the nuances in the answers you give, how your answers combine, and how patterns emerge. The resulting report will contain information to help you manage you, to manage others and to help them work better with you. It’s simple, but so, so powerful.
Online assessment, personal profile report, videocall interpretation meeting
When you purchase a DISC report, you will be emailed a link for you to take the online assessment. This produces a written report, which we then email to you directly. After that, we will invite you to book your half-hour interpretation session with us. We include this to ensure that you have the opportunity to explore your profile and gain fullest possible benefit from your report.
DISC Group Dynamics reports (team profile reports) are available as part of the half-day or full-day workshops and we include those in those price points.
