The GC Index® powers this strengths-based online “organimetric” assessment tool measures and describes five proclivities i.e. five different ways in which people prefer to make an impact and contribution. It helps assess your readiness to contribute to change, in these five ways.
When you purchase an assessment, for an individual or, if you have a group of profiles, for your team, you will be emailed a link for you to take the online assessment. After that, we will invite you to book your half-hour interpretation session with one of our accredited “GCOlogists”. We include this to ensure that you have the opportunity to explore your profile and gain fullest possible benefit from your report. After your interpretation session you will be invited onto the GCIndex® platform from where you can download your reports and also access many additional resources to support your leadership.
